Our Delivery Service

All orders over £75 are delivered free of charge throughout the UK mainland, for orders below this value the delivery charge is just £5.95 fully insured.

Our work doesn't end once we have received your order, in some ways it has only just begun. A vital part of our business is ensuring that your blinds are delivered quickly and efficiently; we don't partner with the cheapest delivery companies, we partner with the best.

As all our blinds are stocked or manufactured here in the UK, we avoid the logistical problems that plague many overseas companies. When we say "in-stock" we mean here in the UK!

What Happens If You Are Out

If we try to deliver your new blinds while you are out a card will be left giving details of your local delivery point. You can contact this delivery point to arrange a free convenient re-delivery time or indeed call and collect the blinds yourself. If you are rarely at home we are more than happy to deliver to a different address, be that a friend, neighbour or work address, please specify this address at the time of ordering as we are unable to redirect parcels once dispatched.

Fully Insured

All of our deliveries are fully insured, at no cost to you. Should your blinds be lost or damaged on route we will simply replace them and deal directly with the claim ourselves. All we ask is that when you sign for the delivery you make sure it is in good condition, if you are short of time simply mark the delivery as "un-inspected".

E-mail Notification & Tracking

Once your order is ready for dispatch we will email you a notification and also a tracking number, you may then track your parcel online at your convenience.

Delivery Lead Times

As each order is individually hand made here in the UK our delivery lead time is 10-14 working days, we will of course contact you if for any reason your delivery is likely to be outside of our quoted times.
